LK Miller delivered a full demolition and ground-up interior buildout for a new state-licensed dispensary located at 2504 Welsh Road in the Tremont Plaza Shopping Center. This 6,000+ square foot project included heavy MEP upgrades, custom millwork, high-security partitions with Kevlar reinforcement, and a rooftop generator installation for full operational redundancy. Our team managed complex electrical coordination, custom counters and cabinetry, and multiple specialty finish packages to meet strict industry regulations and client-specific needs.
