LK Miller Inc. Completes Innovative Medical Space in Spring House, PA
It didn’t take long to have a “dream team” of regional architects and commercial construction professionals assembled once the owner of LK Miller, Jason Scholl, received a call from colleague Christopher Peffall about the possibility of building a new medical center in Spring House, PA.
Christopher, an agent with Carr who specializes in healthcare real estate solutions, represented the team at Clarity ENT and found them their ideal location in Spring House Village Shopping Center. In order to transform the interior of their space to fit their unique medical needs, Christopher called on LK Miller.
Jason and the team spent time with the professionals at Clarity ENT, led by Dr. Marta T. Becker, to listen and understand what would be most helpful to the growing practice. A complete renovation was completed in the summer of 2023.
The Construction Process
Site supervision was led by LK Miller Superintendent Mike Mauer, and project management was overseen by LK Miller newcomer Tommy Walsh. Both men worked closely with a carefully curated team of regional subcontractors.
For the project’s architectural needs, the team selected to work with architect Eric L. Hafer, R.A.
As Eric shares, “Jason and his staff were team players that worked together with the Tenant, Architect, and Landlord to create a project the was quality construction, completed on time and on budget. It was a pleasure to work with such a professional team.”
