LK Miller Introduces “Commercial Management Program”
Seeking to support owner-occupants throughout Greater Philadelphia after construction is completed, LK Miller now offers highly customized building maintenance services
After building and fitting out large commercial spaces for owner-occupants since 1990 in the Greater Philadelphia area, LK Miller’s new Commercial Management Program (CMP) is a service that customers have inquired about for years. “We have had many clients appreciate our team’s customer service and helpfulness during the construction process, and ask for our support following the completion of construction,” explains Jason Scholl, President of LK Miller.
Notably, owner-occupants with only one or two commercial buildings are typically not large enough to be part of a property management group. That’s where LK Miller steps in. “Clients frequently wonder who is going to service the HVAC units, replace light bulbs, address plumbing challenges, certify the sprinkler system annually, or repair damaged drywall once they’re moved into their new spaces. We finally decided to do something about that,” Scholl said.
LK Miller’s new program, which is tailored to each client, blends the square footage of the space with the desired level of services. Since its inception earlier this year, many recent and past clients have already sought the services; LK Miller plans to offer services more widely in the months ahead.
